He brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Telecom, Datacentre, Transport, Utilities, Construction, Defence, and Manufacturing, where he has demonstrated the ability to drive growth and inspire teams, through a collaborative and people-focused leadership approach.
Paul's vision and expertise will be key in driving Arbil’s expansion while delivering lasting value to customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Arbil Limited Announces the Passing of Founder Raymond R. Bills.

It is with deep sadness that Arbil Limited announces the passing of its esteemed founder, Raymond R. Bills, at the age of 86. Raymond passed away peacefully, leaving a remarkable legacy that has shaped the company and the industry for over six decades.
Raymond founded Arbil Limited in July 1963, beginning as Raymond R. Bills (Cradley) Ltd from a small site in Fordhouses, Wolverhampton. From these humble beginnings, he pioneered innovative solutions, including the development and patenting of the first hydraulic synchronised lifting system, which became a cornerstone of Arbil’s success. His vision and leadership saw Arbil grow into an industry leader in the sales, hire, and service of lifting equipment, specialist rail tools, and 4x4 aftermarket accessories.
Under Raymond’s guidance, Arbil expanded its operations and facilities, navigating challenges and achieving significant milestones. These included the establishment of new branches, the diversification into new markets, and launching of bespoke products that set industry standards.
Tim Bills, Raymond’s son and current CEO of Arbil, commented: "My father’s dedication and passion for innovation were instrumental in shaping the company we are today. He believed in providing exceptional quality and service, and his principles continue to guide us as we move forward. Last year, Arbil Limited celebrated its 60th anniversary, a testament to the enduring vision and hard work of Raymond R. Bills. His contributions to the industry and the company will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.
